How to play Minesweeper
Read the board
Begin with the visible layout and identify open spaces, numbered clues, and the areas that still need information. Do not rush the first choice.
Connect each clue
Use a number as a local hint. Compare it with the covered squares around it, then separate known safe options from squares that need a flag.
Reveal with a plan
Choose the next reveal only after checking nearby clues. If the board becomes ambiguous, pause and use the information already collected instead of escalating.
Stop on your rule
Set a time and bankroll boundary before play. A clear exit rule matters more than trying to force one more reveal after a difficult sequence.
